For order placing you have to state the exact code for each product that is in our catalogue

Quantities may vary from time to time and orders could be altered in result

Our company has the right to add an extra fee for delivery costing 2,5€ for orders below 150€

For same day delivery, orders need to be placed:

• Up to 11:00 for Thessaloniki
• Up to 12:00 for places that are serviced through agencies and
• Up to 13:00 for orders that are serviced through Athens’ agencies
  

In any other case our company holds the right to deliver orders in the next working day

In the case of us being unable to ship an order in the same or next day we must inform the customer throughout the day for the reasons of the delay.

Orders are serviced through an agency that the customer can choose. In the case of damaged or lost orders, responsibility lies with the agency and not us. In order to find a solution the customer and the delivery agency must come to an agreement.

For orders that are shipped to Athens through a partnered agency with our company, in case of damaged or lost goods the customer must document the issues to the delivery worker and then contact us so we can investigate the issue. Otherwise our company has no responsibility.

The customer must sign the accompanied document  upon the delivery of their order, because they are committed to checking the condition of the goods in relation to their state and characteristics.

It is also possible to deliver orders with Couriers or KTEL at the customer’s expense.

• Returns are accepted within 15 days since delivery and with accordance with us.
• Return costs is the customer’s responsibility
• Products out of their original cases cannot be returned
• In case of a faulty product the customer must inform us with an e-email and send us photos of the product.
• Guarantees are formed by the manufacturer and regulated by EU rules.
• For the guarantee to be applied all the rules that the manufacturer and our company defines.
